Hulk Hogan's second release from the WWF Hasbro series. The Bear Hug Hulk Hogan would be released shortly after Hogan had his first Hasbro variant, and is the only figure in the line with this particular action mechanism. It is rumored that a beating chest version of Hulk Hogan was considered, before opting for the bear hug seen here.
